Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What's up guys? Pontiac noob here, well, sort of. I've owned my GTP for almost a year now, and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't one of my favorite cars that I've owned. This is coming from a die hard Mitsu guy too, so that must mean something. :th_thumbsup-wink: Only thing that I don't like atm is the MPGs (19), but w/e it's not as bad as some other cars that are slower. The car was put on a Mustang Dyno and put down 230whp/325wtq with all the current mods minus the 3" QTP cutout. I'm surprised I haven't taken it to the track yet, but I think I'm gonna head there on Friday to see what she'll do. I'm hoping for a 13.999, but I'm not familiar with these cars enough to make an accurate guess. I'm sure some of you guys will know better than I.

My other passion is my 91 Eagle Talon that has been with me since '01 and has gone 10.4@142mph. I won't go into too much detail on here about that.

The GTP has a few mods done to it right now. Most were done by the previous owner, but I have added a few things myself. Here's a quick list.

Wizaired intake
TB spacer
180 thermostat
3" ZZP catted downpipe
3" QTP elec. cutout
Resonator/Cat deleted
Stainless Plog and ported rear
Stock Catback
ZZP PCM Tune
NGK TR6 plugs
3.5 press on pulley (~10psi)
F-body 12" front brakes (dual piston aluminum caliper)
17x7.5" Bonneville rims (black)
8000k HIDs and yellow fogs

I'm also a local Mitsu Tuner for DSMs/EVOs. I think I may pick up the cable and try these cars out using HP Tuner.

Opinions/Comments/Next Mod?

Brought the GP to the track last night to make a few runs. 14.3@94 was my best run. I had the tire pressure around 20psi, but it still wasn't holding much traction in first. I'd be happier with a 13.9, but I'll take a low 14 for my dd.

hey man. nice run, nice car too. you should also check out our local forums New England Pontiac Enthusiast Club :: Index

may i make a few suggestions?

switch to copper plugs ( autolites)
get rid of the TB spacer, no benefits, just blocked coolant ports
and if you wanna go further into modding the car then you should get some headers. they are on ebay for ~$200. and yes theyre good. if you dont want to go the header route then maybe look into a Plog or PEM.

Thanks! I'll take those things into consideration and I'll join up on the local forum soon. I'm always at NED so if you see my car come by and introduce yourself.
