• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

  • Hey I was reading your post about rolling the fenders to fit 22s I have a few questions if you could help me
I am new here, and I was wonderring if is ok to include the link to my new Pontiac site on my sig? along with the banner?

Also, what is the max size of the avatar you can have? I mainly use the animated ones I make that are pretty big in size.

    Thanx
I sold my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, I have a few parts that I need to sell. How do I post them in here? I had some listings on the forum in the past, but it has been awhile since I have been on the forum. Just for notes, I have the rack and pinion with the sensor, a ECM for the GTP and usable headlights. Could someone explain on how to list them on here?

    Thanks
    makes sense.

One of the reasons I don't entirely understand blow though is the issue people have with blowing through the N* MAF. Seems more likely to be affected by poor placement.

    But what maf isn't?
They are SSI springs. I was trying to do stuff for cheap, but something just didn't seem right with the description. They are on eBay. Will most likely go with DNA springs. Thanks for the help.
Hey Bio, Need your opinion on something. I am looking at some lowering springs, they state 1.90" front and 2.30" rear. Now my question is, will this make my front end look like it is higher or lower or even across. Not worried about the long term effects to the car. My ride has a good amount of rot. So in the next year I will be looking for a less rusted gtp. Thanks for any opinion .
what would have to be tweaked in the pcm.. i know a few ppl with a tuner but dont know what to do with it
hey bio quick question... with my gtp i spun a bearing twice.. could i just grab a na block and put my top on and use my stock pcm or would it need to be tuned due it still being a top swap?
Well a member posted another company in a thread. Theyre called Arraut Motorsports. They sell a coil over kit that has basically everything except for the struts themselves. Sleeves, adjuster nut for height, bearing, top mounts, sway bar link adapters for the rear. Seems like a pretty nice setup. The price is a little high IMO though at a tad over 750.
So i've done some homework on making coilovers and it honestly doesn't seem hard at all. The hardest part I can see at this point is making top plates. Are there companies that make them or is it going to have to be a custom fab thing?
Well...slight issue. I was talking with Seaton because I couldn't figure out where to order and he said Trasher no longer exists. I did find some other compnay selling them but they're 350 bucks. I'm still looking around trying to find them on other sites.
Annnnd I found Intrax....apparently Thrasher still has some. I think i'm going to order those and pair them with AGX's. Opinion?
Ok so I was lookin around and they're on 3800perf for 239...that isn't so bad. I'm gonna keep lookin around at diff springs a bit. Reason i'm looking at new springs is I bought another GP last week. I'm gonna swap the spring/struts of the purple car onto the new one and go lower on the purple one since it is no longer my DD.
