    anyone ever try to use it, and if so how did you go about it? ...I bought a tensioner assembly from Amazon, recently changed the belt and the piece that the pulley attaches to broke. Searched around, ended up sending an email through ACDELCO.com but wasn't sure if anyone had a better way...

    Anybody else have belt/pulley chatter with MPS?

    All pulleys, including complete tensioner assembly have been replaced along with the belt itself. Belt is stock length on a 3.6 MPS pulley. Car has ran without belt free of chatter. As soon as the belt is put on, that b*tch squeals. It'll warm up and eventually get quieter after 10-15 mins...
