    Need Help with HIDS

    Ok so i got a set of HIDs off of my buddy that were used and they still worked.... So today i try to wire one side up just to see if it would work, when i turn on my headlights nothing, but when i switch it to high beam lights the bulb flashes but wont stay on..... Im not sure whats going on...
