    RPM Decreases Then Increases

    Hey guys. When I'm cruising down the road and I apply the brakes, the RPMs start to decrease normally, then it drops down to 700-900 RPMs, then jumps back up. It happens every 5 seconds or so. What could be the issue? Transmission? Air leak? Or is this normal. Thanks in advance.
