    Stage 1 Throttle Body

    I would just like to share these images.This is a zz performance stage one throttle body. stock throttle body on the left zzp on right here is a shot looking into upper manifold WOT, MAF sensor removed yes I did put back it in before starting. :th_thumb-up:

    HV3 High Velocity intake insert

    Project for this weekend.Just before I start does any one have this and does anyone know if the insert just sits in (after i remove the stock runners)and the gasket goes on top (just like the photo)Or will it be self-explanatory when I have it apart these come as two separate pieces...

    Headers

    I am going to get headers in the spring what do you think about the SS headers that ZZ Performance has. I was thinking I would get them with the EGR, downpipe and high flow cat that you can get with them with a 2.5 downpipe exit (being naturally aspirated)and a magnaflow resonator 4"x18" body...

    Rocker bolts

    The new bolts I got are comp cam bolts with an allen or socket bit head do i torque these the same as the stock bolts and should I use a flat washer?Does any one have this type of bolt on their engine?

    Installing ZZP ER Rocker Arms??

    My job this weekend will be installing a set of ZZP ER Rockers (1.85 to 1 for the intake valve and 1.80 to 1 for the exhaust valve) on my L36 engine. I have two new coolant elbows,new rocker bolts,and gaskets coming with the rockers also have all the torque specs.(thanks to VinnieGTP for posting...
