    Problem with heater & Air control

    My Wife's 2003 Grand Prix has a problem with her heat and air control. When you turn on the blower it mostly all blows out the bottom even when we turn it on the face vents or defroster. I would like to know what to do to fix it and how to get instructions hopefully with pics and get it working...
