    Need help. Possible electrical issues

    Ok. I had the engine and trans pulled out and overhauled a week or so ago. Car runs perfect....then I go to start it later and I get nothing. Thought it was the starter, so got a new one. It is making the slight whining sound like a possible alternator issue. All the other electrical works fine...
