    Pontiac Nationals 2014 @ Norwalk, OH (Aug 1-3)

    Driver's side axle / halfshaft issue...

    I cannot get the shaft to snap in over the compression ring. The passengers side went on in maybe a minute. I lubed the crap out of the driver side and tried having the ring pointed in different directions to no avail. Anyone have a trick to shock the compression ring and get it on there...

    04 GTP Comp G (Tapshift) Trans Rebuild Differences

    Does anyone know if there are any differences in rebuilding the tapshift trans versus a regular 4t65e-HD? I'm looking to rebuild it and wondering if there is anything additional I need to know. Thanks, Andy
