    I am going to attempt to pull a transmission out of a 1998 Grand Prix non-supercharged. I read your article and still have a couple of questions. How high do you need it off the ground? How would you make or where do you purchase the hoist u were talking about to hold the motor up. And will you end up pulling the entire subframe out before the transmission will drop? Thanks a ton man.
    My advice is that I've never worked with that and don't know anything about it. Heard the name. That's about all.

    There isn't... however if you search on trans info/links and my screen name you will find a lot of good info.
    Both on then turned off.. Still same result.. Nothing running thru em.. Even at the fuse block
    so i used a test light on all prongs to maf and evap.. none let nor showed any grounding.. but yet fuse still blows??
    Ok..then you need to test that wire at the maf and evap. likely it's shorting to ground. Which means it's rubbed raw and growding or something like that.
    blowing the ign1 uh fuse.. as soon as key turns on without starting the engine it pops... cods 101 and 1672 or something of the sorts are poping up.. which is maf and evap.. i unplugged both and stil pops the fuse...
