    well i have finally finished replacing the engine in m 98 coupe and put around 500 miles on it...seems to be running ok. feels good to have it back on the road again

    found my issue

    well i pulled the engine on the 98 removed the intake, found that the kid and his father when they did the lower intake gasket they used roloc on the manifold and the heads... damage was already done.... oh well.... i have a 99000 mile engine that im installing in the car.

    aw crap

    well my 98 gt died today.......started running hotter than normal...not overheated but around 230-240 i watched the temp gauge rise and fall. i believe my head gaskets went and took out the crank... definitely spun a rod bearing ....

    wondering if it may be worth buying

    i found a 1999 gtp with right at 200,000 miles on it. car is black on black with sunroof. seller states it needs a fuel pump. and front windshield is broken. he told me i could get it for 1200 if i come this weekend.
