    2008 Grand Prix GXP Alternator issue

    My car said charging system failure this morning on my way to work. I switched the DIC over to the battery gauge and it went from 14 down slowly(not steadily) to 12.97 after 20 minutes in rush hour traffic. It didnt do any of the other crazy stuff that my older gtp would do when its battery went...

    08 Radio Locked

    How do I unlock my radio? I swapped the radio from my 08 to my 04. I tried holding the 2 & 3 and nothing happened. Any advice is much appreciated \.

    04-08 Dash with HUD always cracks!

    Does anybody have any tricks for fixing or slowing that process? I thought it was just a problem in my 04 GTP but my 08 GXP has a similar crack near the HUD.

    Coolant Elbows, does anybody have a better solution for these?

    On the 3800 those little plastic elbows keep cracking. Is there something else out there that can be used? I noticed on the GXP V8 it has a more significant hose.

    04 GTP rack issue?

    My 04 GTP doesn't want to turn left easily when going slow. Can it be something other than the rack and pinion? and how many hours am i looking at as a novice mechanic to put in a new rack n pinion?

    Rear speakers dont work after new HU instalation

    I recently put in a Pioneer AVH-P2300DVD in my 04 grand prix gtp with monsoon sound. I noticed that the rear speakers are no longer working and I cant turn it up as loud as I could before without bad distortion. Any ideas as to what I did wrong?
