• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Re: 99 GTP, First pics

^ This. Clean up the car, good wash, remove all badges (nobody needs to see the GTP emblem, the whine will tell them everything they need to know), polish, wax, take more pictures.

Re: 99 GTP, First pics

Looks good, In my personal viewing, i thing the gtp badge would look good centered where the "Grand prix" was but thats just me

Re: 99 GTP, First pics

never seen that done before, maybe someone will end up doing that but i don't think it will be me

I've seen it done, its not bad, kind of like the ol GTX emblems for the SLP cars, but it looks much better clean. I have Supercharged on the back of mine, had a friend of mine with a vinyl shop print me off one and I like the look of it. Subtle but fitting. They look best clean tho.

Now break out the elbow grease and do some polishing. A cheap orbital buffer will run you $20, some good 3M polish maybe $5-10, a couple extra bonnets and you'd be set.

Wash with dawn (dish soap, I know)
Dry off car
Use buffer and polish it thoroughly
Once done, go over with a couple coats of wax

Step back and be amazed!
