• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I changed oil by myself for the first time to mobile 5-30

Then realize it says on the cap 10-30

I thought 5-30 is good for the winter
I hope it's ok.

The cleaned the rust under the car and found out if ill keep going my whole car crumble, so I stopped and sprayed it.

Gonna go back home to pray for the rust to go away.

dont try and cover your tracks by saying thats oil... we all know your lying.

Worked on it bit during my nieces nap. Got both heads on as well as the LIM. Ran my wires for my WB inside the cabin. Noticed one of the bolts on the timing cover was wrong and would not go completely in and also will not come out..so trying to decide what to do or if it's will be ok...but wanna avoid any potential oil leak. Still gotta torque the rear head down to 90 ft/lbs after I get another torque adapter.

That's right TT progress!!

Wait... I have sat on 04+ seats, Ridin On Chrome's gold 98 has them, Yeah, I forgot about that cause if I had not, I would be looking for a newer car. Gotta keep out of reach stuff bottled up.

please dont ever dump oil in the toilet again, 1 quart of oil can contaminate 10,000 gallons of ground water. dump it into a gallon jugs or something, and drop it off to be recycled.

Oil down toilet - No bueno.

Do the right thing and spend $5 on one of the oil bucket things and take it to your local parts store and have them dispose of it.

I didn't know. First time changing oil.
Until now I used to go to the shop.

At my farm place we put all the used oil in a 50 gal. drum and then give it to the Case dealership to burn in there oil burner heater.. i'm sure theres someone around your parts that'll use it. if not.. you could just burn it if you are a tight ass and not wanna spend the 5 bucks.

get a oil catch pan with a pour spout, then use a funnel to a used gallon water or milk jug. laundry detergent bottles work good too. drop it off at auto zone or your local DPW. most towns take used fluids. this is all free to drop off.
