• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Sup guys and or gals. I bought a 99 grand prix gtp for a grocerie getter/family car. This is my first American car I've only ever owned Hondas. I'm here to learn about these cars and hope to have it for a long time.

No rust its a California owned a driven car. Thanks for the welcomes now to my noob question. Ill be doing a tune up in this weekend and what are the preferred spark plugs for the 3.8 SC engine? And do ngk make a plug thats good for this car cuz I've never had a problem with that brand.

The good old HD. Ya this forum is great tons of info.

Iridiums are the factory plugs and copper cores are what the modded guys use as they can be a colder plug for the added power.

Copper will only last 10-15k miles, but look at the conditions and the type of ignition system they are put through.

The delco plugs are made to last the longest and give the best performance for a stock vehicle.

If anyone says iridiums don't last, I'll stab them in the eye with one. Because that's what filthy liars get.
