With the painted rad. at a quick glimpse it looks almost as if your intercooled and thats the FMHE.

Haha. I just wanted the ugly rust color gone because I thought it took away from the car. I honestly didn't want it to stand out but if it didn't get painted silver it would have been blue because thats all I had. I actually like how it looks in there. lol

Plan on getting SSC springs and new struts. Still trying to decide exactly which one though.

It wasn't so much a poor effort as it was more insufficient funds but I'm starting to spend a little more on appearance stuffs now. As of right now I don't want to do any go fast mods for fear of messing up my DD.

Lower it. It makes it better. KYB GR-2 struts. I like them, worked well with mine.

Well got another little project planned for the car! Should be a fun one. Just trying to figure out exactly how its going to work. That is all I will say for now. :th_king-evil:

May be doing some exhaust work in the near future here as well due to mine being old and whatnot. Should be an interesting road to go down as well. Just a little upate.

Weeeeeellllllllll car is going to be going under the knife thursday. New LIM gaskets, intake plenum, valve cover gaskets, aluminum coolant elbows, and I think something else I'm missing. It will be getting fully looked over and hopefully when I get her back it will have noooo more magical coolant leak. Also have put a lot of thought into going lower and getting tint. After thinking about it and driving it through town and dragging the hitch on everything I decided I needed clearance. I'm looking at probably when I get a truck I can take off the hitch and then can go lower. Only problem is thats looking to be in about 5 years. Car may be totally dead by then anyway.

You won't drag anything. If anything lowered springs make your ass not sag as much, ever. Even loaded 5 deep in the car it's better than ****ty stockers. As for how many miles I have on mine, they're at 20,000 of primarily city driving, and my ride is the best. I love it. Yeah, you're going to have to avoid some potholes because it might feel like the strut will pop through the hood if you don't, but other than that it's gravy. Joints and all that take a bit more of a beating, but since you're more aware of nastier stuff, you'll avoid more often, you could say you're "saving" your other suspension components as well.

And ps. this car won't be dead in 5 years, it'll still drive around in 15 if you want it to.

Lol. I think I will pass. I'm having my dads mechanic friend do all the work so I'd rather not drop that on him too.

I want to lower a bit, maybe DNA springs... I know it would look great, much like it would on the burgundy bullet! Oh and I want to do tint as well like you mentioned... Those two things an really change a car. But I'm afraid I'll become a snow plow and in the Wisconsin winters, crack it on a curb, or scrape real bad in all of the ****ty parking lot entrances.
