Ok, last year, I did my Halloween meet...which consisted of building Greg's turbo GP...it was cold...rainy...and days of time spent in the garage. This year I'm shooting for warmer weather and more people showing up. So, I'm doing a poll to see when I should throw the next one. Take the poll and shut the hell up. LOL

EDIT: So, the meet is going down at Carlisle GM Nationals in June. For those of you who voted for a different month, sorry, but it has been decided. Special thanks to Chris for opening up his home and back yard to make this happen. Everyone can put in for their days off now and hopefully we can get a big turn out and make this a great event!

Voted June. That way you don't have to try and host eveyone indoors. People can bring tents or get a cheap room at the local roach motel.

With all the hotels popping up in the area, finding lodging isn't difficult. Also, my yard is f*cking huge...so camping is another possibility.

I did that in the past. Cleared the edge of the woods and told people to camp out. Worked really well. Then there's fire, fun and general goofing off w/o having to head back to any hotel. Plus..being 3800 guys..we are cheap.

Experience with NE meets and knowing the area you are in, says ...

April - often too cold
May - Late is best, early is again questionable
July - too hot to really enjoy the meet

Sept - Can be too hot, or too cold
Oct - Usually pretty good in the beginning of the month.
 
I voted June so ill probably be picking the car up lol. End of may I'd Peggy's bday so I can't skip that.

I would keep this mind..... GM Nationals in Carlisle is @ the end of June, and Pontiac Nationals is @ the Start of August. I would avoid these 2 times.
