What did you do to your Car today?

K... I want to re-seal the tail lights because they are like losing the black lines from water damage?

Can I fix them or should I just throw in the towel?

Car wouldn't start for the second random time. All the lights and everything works but when I turn the key it's a single click. First time I threw the charger on it. Was reading 25% and was 100 in 20 min. Started right up. Second time I went to subway, went inside, came out and did the same thing. Tried jumping it and nothing. Roommate went back later that night and it started right up. Took it to oreily and it tested 100%. Any suggestions? Solenoid? BCM? Ignition switch?

I'm going with defective battery. I had the same problem and the battery was replaced under warranty. Haven't had a problem since.

I tried starting it today, but the only thing that is happening is a spit and sputter every few seconds. This really sucks, I had plans for New Years and now I'm stuck at my uncle's near Waukesha...130 miles from home with my car not starting. :(

Bad or low fuel? Try spraying some starting fluid in the intake. Cheap and worth a try...

Washed and waxed it, rainx-ed the windows, anti-fogged the inside windows, and started stripping the tint on the back window. Also got some trim restore from turtle wax and did a once around for the weather stripping

Honestly it was probably more of the cigarette smoke on the inside from my sister using the car when I was over seas. The antifog smelled pretty much like alcohol

Looked for leak. Looks like lower rad hose , i hope. Whats the easiest way to remove ,from the top or from under ?
I have ramps. Also is there room to replace the clamps with screw drive ones ?

I found em easier from below. And yes plenty room for screw driver ones. Actually i recommend screw driver ones

They do make such a tool...and it is a very awesome simple tool. Got one from local auto parts store for like 5 bucks

wash the windows much? lol

i used some anti fog crap years ago, they stole my money lol
haven't cleaned those windows since probably late 2011 or early 2012. and I haven't smoked IN the car pursay... I always have a window open. But it probably has contriubted to film on the inside.

Yeah try some invisible glass before you waste monies on anti fog. Hells I still think the best way to clean windows is running alcohol and black &white newspaper

this guy above me knows, i use good ol fashion windex and newspapper. works ike a charm, im a heavy smoke of legal and illegal things and i dont have issues since i clean regulary

i wash the inside of my windows, maybe every 3 months or as needed. the out side gets done with a car wash and a chamois drying. makes the windows nice, ill even just wipe the inside with a damp chamois as well, streak free.
