Watch his vids def seems like he's not taking any short cuts and this won't be some average quick throw it together block. Esp with the rotating assembly balanced I would be suprised if it doesn't hold together. That cam and heads with e85 @ 7k rpm is gonna be mean. Ati balancer might be some added insurance but I think the crank was already balanced with the stock dampner?
The crank might still not be happy that it was micro polished, although it shouldn't be too unhappy if it was cut at a low enough temperature. If you ever had to cut any material off it most likely is going to be really mad..

I don't remember but don't stock rockers actually have better geometry with the pushrods which would also be key for your rpm target???
