So my brother just got a 2002 gtp and I was going to remove the automatic headlights but it has the really bad clicking so thats a no go, and i have to unplug the drl module still. But i tried using this method Disabling headlights - Grand Prix Net and it didnt work. What is the best way for disabling the flash when using the keyless entry? Thank you

That is for the lights blinking when you lock/unlock it. I just unplugged the DRL wires so there are no lights on during the day but they still come on automatically at night. I also have it where when I turn my bright lights on the low beams, high beams, and fog lights are all on. If you want me to I can post the links for that.

Yes we know that's for the lights flashing when you lock/unlock the car. That's exactly what he asked for

He also asked for how to remove the automatic lights.

Well that way didnt work for me on my car. Sorry about that. But i will try it again and im going to unplug the drl for sure, and then try to remove the yellow wire, or does it still have to be plugged in?

I haven't looked through the links posted. Have you disconnected the connector at the heat sink inside the driver side dash access panel?

Well i unplugged it from the heat sink but they are still on, so i pulled the drl fuse like in my car, but then comes the clicking!!!!! HELP

The drl did work, headlight flash did not. I will try to find that for the clicking but i dont know how i will get my fat hands in there lol! Any other ways to disable headlight flash because i cat see the yellow wire from the heat sink?
