Motor mount ? about GXP

One's engine, ones transmission I would replace both at same time, Also drill out the motor mount and drain the fluid then fill with RTV and let sit a week then Install

No their correct. Or at least for my gp gxp. But what does drilling then filling with rtv do?

If ur doing one might as well do both. And zzp makes some really good poly mounts. I plan on changing mine to theirs when I get back from deployment

Drilling drains the fluid which, if left in will eventually fail. Filling it with RTV makes it solid sort of like a polymount except without the excessive vibration and even the solids tend to have fluid in them mine were solid (supposidly) shook them and you could hear the fluid in them (I got them from Rock auto).
