So I just picked up a set of L32 heads..... Now what?

As the title reads, I just scored a good used set of L32 heads. They are off an 04 GTP motor and had 30-ish thousand miles on them when removed. They appear to be in great shape on the outside... Now, I want to get them p&p, valve job, etc. from a local shop but am not sure where to start. Should I just bring them to a place and get their opinion? I have an s1x cam and am keeping it, so I imagine all I would need is a mild p&p since my cam is pretty small. What about valves? Should I keep the stock L32 ones or go bigger like Manley or something alike? How about the bowls? What else? Basically just looking for a bit more power. The heads will be installed with a full size IC over the winter. So far I am thinking retain the stock valves, mild p&p of intake and exhaust, 105 springs, new seals, and titanium retainers. What do you head guys think??

Gasket match the intake. Open up the exhaust ports more and keep a nice "D" shape on them. Then polish the bowls.

That's all you need.

I heard that gasket matching the intake is not really necessary as the motor is forced induction.

Just gasket matching isn't hurting anything. A full port job is too much.

Just gasket match and smooth the casting.

And then port the exhaust alittle and smooth it out as well.

Ok, I should probably have the LIM gasket matched as well right?
