i have a bachelors in political science and i can't stand politicians anymore. it's just a big pissing match. they really don't care about the general public.

And Branodn, sleeping at hospitals is easy. My dad spent 8 weeks in icu, I became a pro at sleeping on the couch in the visitor area.

Well I have my own little couch deal right next to her bed but my god this IV machine beeps constantly. Every time you shut your eyes someone's barging in "MRS. LUTTS!!" I'm like good god yall....

I vote for the person I think will cause the least damage and take the least of my rights. It's never perfect but it's the best we have in the greatest country in the world.

When my great grand father was in the hospital I was told he wouldn't make it through the night. Well I was at work working on a project and figured as soon as I was done I'd go. I was in tears through my whole shift and my aunt was my manager. She finally said alright get out here i'll put Griffin on this you'll regret it if you don't go. I was so adamant that I get them caught up I refused and she finally grabbed me by the arm and drove me there herself. Thankfully she did because that night shortly after I left he passed.

Well I called ze owners of the store. Talked to the male, not the female owner. He's more of a family guy and tends to relate a little better to loss and such. So anyway he said try to get it covered but if you're not there, you'll just miss. That's his words. He said if I had any problems call him. I'm like ohhh you don't have to worry about that. lol
 
I don't know if I'm ment to have kids...
I had to call someone back for my boss and the whole ten minute convo I had with this lady consisted of a baby screaming bloody murder into the phone. Seriously lady, I understand kids cry and won't stop sometimes, but be nice and say hey, can I call you back when baby isn't crying? I wanted to rip my ear off. It's still ringing. She was getting mad at me because I had to keep asking her to repeat her email...well sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you over the screaming kid on the other end.

my power came back on after 8 days, while everything else was all powered up all around me. im happy to be leaving the 1800's behind and rejoining 2012.

and i caught a cold, no heat for the last week will do that i guess.

So the doctor came back with good news. So I decided okay I'll bite the bullet and try to go home in the morning. So I call. The ***** answers the phone and tells me just because I called the owner doesn't mean a thing because she still gets the final say. I was like :th_biggrin3: yeah okay well I wasn't going behind your back or anything I was just preparing for the worst. She said okay! Well I'm just giving you the heads up. I said alright I'll talk to you at 9am BAI.

Makes my blood boil :th_exploding:

Someone. Recommend full time positions. I'm gonna tell dad to go ahead and see what he can do for IT. And I'm working on a bank position. Airline doesn't seem like an option just now.
