• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Washed her yesterday

Today my window switch decided to break all of a sudden. The part of the switch that makes the initial contact, well, quite making contact from some little piece of plastic coming off. Rednecked it by breaking off the switch to get to the mechanism then using a screw driver to close the contacts so I wouldn't get robbed tonight. So sometime soon I'll get a new switch.

Tomorrow I'll probably order some new Konis for the front.

well my struts were so shot i had a piece of the bottom of the spring break so today i put new struts, outer tie rod ends, and a new solid dorman swaybar on the gtp

After spending $390 on alignment and swaybar end link replacement. Clunk is gone. Alignment is crap still. It's goin back in the am!

the rears should have been running correctly, and tend to wear flat across the tire, unlike a front tire thats been out of alignment.

my fronts were all un even so i rotated them before i went in for the last alignment i got. ill run the fronts on the back till they wear flat and even, then rotate them back to the front.

my 03 gmc had 33's on it, the front tires would cup by 5 to 6000 miles, so i'd rotate them every 2 months as i did 3,000 a month, but after each rotation it made the front end feel like new again. (so the fronts would wear back to flat and even being used on the rear.)

So i should swap them to the front, then take it back to have them realign it?
or rotate them and say screw the redo becuase its fine its just my tires?

flip them and see how it feels, if your still not happy take it back to be checked over again.

if its pulling to the right or left, swap front tires around, if the same thing happens to the other side now, its the tires for sure.

a shop did that to prove to me it was the tires. not the alignment.
