This kit includes both heater hose elbows that connect to the intake manifold, tensioner, and water pump on GM 3800 engines. Over time the originals can crack and leak. It is also necessary to remove both when removing the belt tensioner or intake manifold. These rarely come out in one piece, so if you are attempting any one of these jobs this kit is for you!
