For the past few months my dads gxp at low speeds(parking lots n stuff,) whenever you turn the wheel or accelerate at low speeds or hit a bump while driving the car makes a knock or creak noise. You can feel it in the wheel and the gas pedal too. Anyone know or heard of this? thanks

sounds like a CV joint or axle? I know nothing about cars but I do that all my hondas did that and it was always the same thing, not a real expensive fix I would guess less than $200

I had the SAME exact problem. Turned out it was the struts. Spotted me $500. That hurt the wallet. It's not a HUGE problem but I would get it fixed.

Dont know if you have herd of the ISS.. intermidate steering shaft.... they will do the same thing a low speeds. it connects the steering wheel to power steering rack. Sometimes they just need lubed. GM has a special kit for it or others have use White Litium greese in the spray can

bilsteins are out there.

most gawk at the price tag and jump for KYB GR-2's

sounds good, Don't really need them at this point in time but was curious.

mine did the same thing until i took sway bay bushings off and greased them...noise gone

Never thought of that but seams like a good attempt to save some money, especially if the struts are still good. I wonder if Lithium grease would do the same thing with out removing the sway bar.
