Car fires and turns over but doesnt start on the first try

Today my car turned over but didn't fire and start like I've mentioned before. This time it took two trys then the final third try she turned over fine. I've noticed this problem to be the most severe today!!! Could it be the temp, today's been the coldest for awhile in the morning 63*f.

Any thoughts maybe CPS dirty from brake carbon dust, CPS is new, all bottom to top is new, besides a few top end sensors, TPS is fine, IAC is fine, MAF seems ok, no trouble codes.

I think i may vacuum leak but I doubt it Ive checked everywhere with brake cleaner, of few people have been helping me we think its the brake booster but im not to postive. No trouble codes mods are Arp from bottom to top, Comp Cams pushrods factory length, Factory cam, rebuilt with new crankshaft, l32 rods & l67 pistons, Clevite on mains & rods, oil pump, CAS etc, block was honed etc, ZZP Stg p&p filled with 105lb springs etc, ZZP high volume oil pressure spring, Plog, crossover, rear PEM, 3'' catless dp, rear 02 emulator, HPTuners rear 02 codes deleted, FWI, 3.8 pulley, 195 stat, AL 606 at .60, all solid poly engine, trans, dogbone mounts,

no misfires when engine is under load or when its cruising.
 


Low fuel pressure at start up? As in FPR related issue?

Or you just hit it right where it didnt feel like starting rigth off the bat?

not fuel related, but the first crank of the day is what im describing. Like when you turn the key to start/on and let go the car fires and turns over but doesn't stay running, turn the key again and it'll fire up perfect and the for the rest of the day. But it happens every morning like I said the first crank of the day. Car idles, runs smooth, water temps fine, had to add trans fluid do to engine slipping out of gear from starvation bill said to add a extra 1/2 qt so I did it helped I can take left turns now but in sharp turns it still slips out of gear.
 
Could it be my stock tune with my mods? I'm post some videos tomorrow on the crank problem and a video on my bbv and its response seems off. No vacuum leaks that I've found besides it being a faulty booster loosing its seal, at times I can hear my brakes squeal and at that current time the pedals loose with a lack of pressure and the pedals firmer when i don't hear my brakes so much. IT seems the brake booster could be going bad but would that be the cause of my bad starts and my engine slipping out of gear in tight turns.
 
Engine was just rebuilt Tb was cleaned during rebuild my maf is 100xxxmiles old I've cleaned it in the past before the rebuild need to happen.
 


I have not tried priming upon the first daily crank, I usually turn the key to on wait until I don't hear the fuel pump priming so I know full pressure is available then I crank. But I have not primed it like 1 or 2 times before should I try what would this rule out dirty fuel filter? The fuel filters rather new but its a cheap easy change and its never bad to have a new fuel filter.
 
Engines pretty much new so im wondering what few things to check for. Runs amazing no knock I've seen if im watching the right one lol no misfires and no dtcs
