Ok... I want to know once and for all, which direction do the headlight screws turn for 97 OEM headlights, when the lights are in place tberes 2 screws per housing, there's the top visible ones, and there's the inner lower screws for horizontal adjustment. When looking at the back of the housing, which direction would I need to twist the screw (horizontal adjustment screw ) to get my passenger side light to move more towards the center of my vehicle instead of blinding ppl in the lane to my right.??? Clockwise or counter clockwise?

I actually can't do that, I work nights, and sleep most of the day so I have No actual ability to turn my lights on and actually visibly see where the beam is pointing.The time it took to type that could could have turned it one way and observed the change, then make the appropriate corrections.
that's just it, I've turned the damn screw numerous times in both directions and the beam doesn't seem to move at all when I'm driving to work... o'clock if it's the HIDs or if the screw is stripped, I've tried twisting the little grey head, and the bolt/screw that the grey head is attached to...Underground parking?
Honestly how are you going to know if your headlights are aimed properly if you just turn them and hope for the best?
If thats the case, adjust one way and see what the results are the next time you drive.
Adjust as needed.

It'll bounce everywhere no matter what you do.
They're probably not even the right height from the centre of the element to the base of the bulb that sits against the headlight housing (1.75")
I guess I've always been lucky, I have No problem with the HIDs seating or compatibility with the housing, the only thing is that they suck so much juice the lights in my DIC and climate control flicker when at full dash intensity. But besides that their (The Hid beams) are technically regulation as so they do not bother other drives, I'm just a bit ocd as to where I would like them pointed forward but down as to not blind drivers in front of me, it actually gets under my skin having more light being produced on the right then being evenly distributed in front of me... sry
Have you measured the distance between the center of the element to the base of the bulb where it mates with the headlight housing?
Its probably well short of 1.75" and you could pickup useable light in exchange for less glare if you modified your bulbs accordingly.
Right, because the typical HID balast uses 35 W while running meanwhile stock halogen bulbs use 55W each and 60W each when the high beams are on.
HID bulbs in a non HID reflector are not "regulation" and are glaring and causing other drivers annoyance otherwise this thread would not exist.
If you have more light on the right hand side, thats normal. You drive on the right hand side of the road.
