I attended the Boeing Helicopter Credit Union car show today, and while my first car show trophy eluded me yet again, I did get this......

It was a class based show, so I wasn't directly competing against the Nova....only other '91-'08 stock vehicles.

But of course when the class you're in has mostly Mustangs, Corvettes, and a Viper, you're still likely to get screwed in the trophy department. There was only one other FWD in my class (a '98 Regal that belongs to a friend's brother-in-law), and 4 FWDs in the modified class; 3 very tacky looking PT Losers and a riced-out Civic.

On the positive side though, the GXP was getting quite a bit of attention. Anytime I noticed somebody looking at it for more than 2 seconds, I immediately starting spouting off specs and production figures which surprised the heck out of most people. And I did notice several people writing my car number on their voting ballots; including the guy next to me with the '67 Nova.
