Monsoon Stereo CD Player Question. (CD Playback)

I have a 2004 Grand Prix with the monsoon stereo system, from what i understand this is an added option with these cars, which is nice. Sounds great. Now on to my question.

1.) How do I replace the "track name" with the actual track name? Right now when i play a CD i get "track 1", "track 2", "track 3".....you get the idea.....

I usually use itunes for my CD burning needs. Im familiar with burning in mp3 and wma formats, so explaining to me how to make this work should be easy lol. I tried checking the box that says "include track names" and still, my stereo doesnt recognize it....

Do i need to make the cd into a "data" cd and make a song list folder to make this work? If so how do i format it?

its weird because i have a button that says "song list" and when i hit it it claims theres a directory on the CD that is empty. there must be some way to fill that directory. haha. I was pretty sure the issue was with my burning process. just like when i used to have an aftermarket stereo in my dodge neon. I had a JVC, if i put in a regular CD it wouldnt tell me the track names....butif i burnt it with itunes the stereo woke up and gave me what i wanted.. hahahahahha
