Ok I am having a problem... If it gets hot outside and I leave my windows up, my radar detector and phone holder fall off the windshield. The little suction cups won't hold on. It happens like once a week. I am just sick and tired or re-tucking the power wire for my radar detector under the pillar cover. Anyway does anyone have any ideas to make them stay put???

take the cups off and dip them into boiling water for like 10 seconds, it should make them like new again.

or try to find new cups.

I had this same problem...until i waited for a rlly rlly hot day and then stuck it on. Reason being when its hot air expands, so if you put it on during a cold day and the next day its super hot, the air inside that suction will expand making it fall down all the time. Hope this helps.

I keep mine low on my windshield. Its pretty much jammed between the windshield and dash. It only has one suction cup because I lost the other one... But it hold just fine.

That would work but these are like 4 months old... So I can imagine it is because they are old

you would be be surprised, those little cup just die in the sun and heat, they are always gong to fall off sooner or later.

cant hurt to dip them in boiling water, also do not put any weight back on the cups for at least over night after you put them back on the window.

or find larger cups that will suit your needs. i eventually had to replace mine.
