I ordred SSACs headers last monday. I have yet to hear anything about them shipping or any information. I have tried calling them at 919 528 1776 and have gotten no answer the 5 times I have called. I left messages and still nothing. Emailed them a few times. Nothing. They took my money and ran it seems. Very angry.

EDIT: Figured I should go back and edit this. No SSAC did not take my cash and run; however, customer service is ****. Do not expect ANY info from them. Good product. Terrible service.

I did through the BBB. I was stupid and paid with my visa debit card instead of Paypal as my Paypal was acting funny. I wonder if my bank can do like a charge back or something to get my money back.

same thing happened to me, i checked my chase account like 3-4 days after i placed the order for SSAC's and got my money back, however, they did not say a single word to me on phone or email after several attempts. Just got Speed Daddy's, came in within a week and i was able to track it. Since they're SSAC knock offs, id say just go with SD

Could I just call my bank and would they do it on a debit transaction?

I have chase bank and had a similar situation yes they can charge back tell them you were scammed or you did not authorize the charge

I think the people running SSAC have been slacking lately earlier this year there domain expired and the site was gone for a few weeks.

Out of curiosity whats made you order through ssac and not ebay? Either way file w/ the bank or credit union should have no problem getting your money back.

Figured SSAC since it was an actual registered company would be a better choice... guess not. Stay away. Get SD ones.

Well, They came today. Through UPS not fedex like promised. Also the rear flange was all bent up and I had to use a massive garage clamp to fix it. Terrible customer service but at least they did arrive. Phew!

It's called Regulation E.

Any electronic charge, as long as it has posted to the ledger balance of your account, can be disputed through VISA, MC, etc.

It takes appox. ten (most are quite less) business days for the bank to provide you with provisional credit and get your money back.

You think a week and a half for international shipping and handling is bad?

Try ordering more than one item from zzp at the same time.
