i have f body brakes...when car is cold it brakes fine but after braking a few times it gets horrible wobble and doenst wanna stop.i had warped rotors before and when they were bad they always wobbled...why only when when the brakes get warm does this happen?

could be you need to replace the fluid in your system, #2 you need new lines to the calipers, #3 the pads might be cocked and wearing dionagly(?).
I am leaning towards #1 with the hard to stop after they warm up, this happened to me once on one of my race cars and drove me nuts trying to figure it out. the brake fluid had exceded the temp adn was old. it just stoped working. my solution was drain all the fluid adn start over.

well my abs light is on...i posted a thread about that also and was told it may be bad speed sensor...knowing me i said speed sensor blahhhhhh get to it when i can.i do have brand new ceramic pads i bought the other day...imma put those on tommorow and change fluid out.as for my brake lines they are almost new stainless steel lines...will post new reply after i get pads and fluid swapped out.....and ty for input

get your roters turned. make sure to bleed the system well, check connections to the ss lines. and break in the pads correctly and your problems should go away. and the wobble gets worse with the increase in temp due to the fact that the metal expands.that honestly sounds like your rotors are warped...drive thru a lot of puddles?

i fixed it all today...i really didnt think it was rotors.I mean i know metal expands when it gets hot...but when brakes were cold , they didnt wobble AT ALL.Id get down the rd and it would get realllllllly bad to the point of not being able to stop safely.Ceramic pads...got rotors turned and bled brake lines...problem solved.

make sure you torque the lugnuts to 100ft lbs. dont use an iron you will warp the rotors again

i didnt have a torque wrench handy...i used a socket and a wratchet and got them as tight as i could with that.I lost the stock jack and tire iron.

get a torque wrench. tight as possible is not 100 ft lbs now you have uneven stress all over the rotor.
