Save your money. Buy used turbo kit and get a built trans. You will thank me later.

Why would you use l67 heads? Then you have to top swap it anyways.
Leave everything alone, only reason to modify the valve train is if you did a cam or rockers.
The 350 whp nick said, is with stock cam.. You add even just a gt cam to it.. You're looking at around 400 whp

Ideally you'd use L26/L36 top end on an L67/L32. You get slightly better flowing heads, much better LIM/UIM and low compression.
