[TD="class: alt1, bgcolor: #EBEBEB"][FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]Just got done running my car at the local 1/8th track and my buddy in his 5.0 wanted to do a little highway running. We did 3-4 pulls both in second gear at 45 mph. He has bbk headers, off road H, custom back to flowmaster 10s, intake, and ford racing wires. I have just a brute force intake and Corsa sport exhaust. Heres the best video, it's dark and hard to see much but once I hit third you can see the nasty pull I laid on him. Probably 4-5 cars.
Not that great of a video but regardless. I knew it wouldn't be much of a race.

I was a bit surprised as well. Although I'm 240 lbs and my brother is a good 250 or so so that goat was one heavy some beech

also should add a short shifter, unless u dont mind the stock one
Stock is horrible. Whenever I get enough money it'll get a GMM rip shifter. I miss third quite a bit. I'm getting used to it now but it's completely different from driving my brothers ws6. His throws are tiny. I feel like I'm shifting into a different county with each shift with my stocker.

Nice you already got drag bags on it lmao! That didn't take long! Get that GM Short shifter and a pair of kooks pronto mr!

Yeah for putting bus lengths on a 210-215whp car.
He picked the battle not me. I was content just driving home after we were at the track. He wanted a highway run to see just how much it'll really take him to get his car up to par/ beyond mine.

the stock shifter is terrible, it would also help your shifts a tremendous amount is if you got an after market clutch master cylinder. I just bought a JHP billet pro, i haven't got a chance to install it yet, so i couldn't tell you how sexy it is. You have to use loctite on the bolts on a gmm ripshift, they come loose.
