switchback LED problems

I just finished installing one side of ,y switchback LEDs along with the resistor kit to fix the fast blinking of the turn signal. Everything works great.

However it seems that the DRL is still amber and the light only switches between white and amber when the turn signal s lit. I thought the drl was suppose to be white not the other way around?

What gives?

i read through that already all it says is to switch your corners to led's. What are the corner lights? The outside bulbs on the headlights Im assuming.

Also:

I realized that the DRL actually does turn white during the days but it switches from amber (in park) to white only once you put it in drive for some reason.

Also I think the drls are still staying amber at night though when my HIDS turn on for night so they dont match that is the only reason I got these lights???
 
You said you installed one side. Did you install the other side yet? What I said in the other thread was to make sure that the circuit your switchbacks are on, make sure they are all leds.

I only have one installed so the other side is just the regular turn signal bulb, I was hoping to get the one side working properly before installing the other side.
 
Install the other side. I bet it will work then. Like I said. Make sure all the bulbs are LEDs. Meaning both sides.

Update:

I installed the other side yesterday with the resistor kit and the signals work with no hyperflashing.

But the problem is still there. The DRL lights run white but during the day they only blink on and off white when signalling (no switching to amber) while at night it seems they are either completely off or stay on amber then when signalling they blink white it seems.

what is the problem here? I bought them thinking they would alternate amber/white when signalling and then always stay white otherwise. Disapointed in this purchase.

the DRL is white and when turn signal is activated it flashes off and on white,

at night the driving mode is amber and flash white/amber with the turn signal.

Is this how it is suppose to be (thought always on white and would switch amber/white with turn signal)
 
bump, I read this is just because of gm vehicles? Does anyone else have these installed in their 04?
