DIC not working

I've got an '02 GP GT 40th just had to have the motor replaced. DIC worked fine before motor replaced now it does not. The stereo lights/clock work fine and the HUD also working. Also the Trac Low & Trac Off will light up when first starting the car. All the fuses have been checked. Any suggestions of what should be checked next or what could be causing the issue....:th_scratchhead:
