Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Finally, decent pictures of my new Intercooler Reservior.....

I posted about this awhile back. Basically after months of search and 2 or 3 failed attempts at custom made reserviors, I gave up and did some searching on my own. You couldn't beleive how hard it is to find a simple 2 quart plastic container with NPT threads or 3/4 barbs on 2 sides and a pressurized cap. Theres nothing out there that you can by off the shelf! The closest thing is the 03/04 Cobra reservior... but there was no good spot to mount it on my setup, besides the fittings were in odd places.

I happened to stumple accross a Magnacharger/Intercooler kit on Ebay for a Ford F150 P/U. And I noticed there res look just about perfect for me, although I only had pics. With a little more searching I ended up finding a brand new res for sale that was never used for this kit. He did the measuring for me, and I did some as well. It was going to be tight, but i could make it work. I ended up buying it. It holds 2 quarts of fluid, has a 10 PSI pressure cap, and has 3/4" barbs on both inlets and outlets. Perfect! Pictures are below.

For this to work I had to completely removed my 99+ coolant catch can and do something different there. From there all I had to do was gently hammer in the fire wall very little to clear the heater bypass safely. After some prime, paint, clear for the modified area, Custom L bracket out of steel (which was primed, painted, and cleared too), stainless steel hardware used, and some new heater hoses w/ unicoils it was complete.

Here are some pics. I did the project over a month ago, right before I took off my S/C, light polished it + Pinstriped it, and removed those ****ty Garlock gaskets.

Here they are...

And my new catch can, a nice polished one...

Results, bleeding takes NO TIME at all with this setup. It kicks the filler Ts ass in every way. The S/C case stays noticably cooler too, i'm very pleased with how it turned out. Before I had a polished CSR Filler T with a Chrome 7psi pressure cap, Aeroquip AN-12 fittings, and a cheesy ass catch can (to keep both cooling systems separate). Here are some pics...

Works great for my custom IC system, it should work with other IC systems as well, with my hose engineering of course. My system is one way in, one way out.

Let me know what you think!

That Reservior comes with the Radix/Magnacharger Kits yes... if your referring to the rest of the IC... the whole thing is custom. The Core is an old MAP IC Core body recored w/ a ZZP style core welded in, the FMHE is a Custom Polished PRJ Unit, and I'm using a GM Pump. 3/4" lines for the whole system. There are only 5 or 6 of these Recorded Map ICs in existance (far as i know). There nice, they completely retain the stock PCV system without issues, retain the EGR too if you choose to use it (which I do not use), and enter on the drivers side, and exit 90 degrees out the passenger side.

Thats a cool reservoir. Were there any markings on it at all? I like my Cobra one but others may want to track this thing down.

I saw that at Branson, and love the whole setup. What I didn't realize is that it is a one way in and out.

If you're talking about the bottom two pictures, yes it is. Its because of the Napa Solid lower motor mount. The Napa motor mount is slightly shorter than the OEM which sucks. Look at the pics above, its straight now. I spaced it out with some fender washers months ago, works good now. Although i'm seriously thinking about going ahead and paying through the ass for OEM GM mounts. If I had to do it over again, I would of done this in the first place. Oh well, live and learn.

It ran me $40 shipped which was well worth it IMO. I already blew at least $100 trying to make other reserviors to work good and they all sucked. I even looked into getting a custom billet one made too. I wasted some money on this project but I was looking for something just right and clean looking. Luckily I was in the right place at the right time when I found this thing. I did VERY extensive research, trust me. You seriously can't beat it though, 2 quart jug, 3/4" in and out fittings, pressure cap making the system pressurized. I'm very pleased with it.

As for any markings on it, there are none what so ever. I looked too for future reference. No bueno. I'm sure someone makes it for Magnacharger, who I donno. I did some research with no luck.

Thanks for the compliment guys...
