Slushing sound

Hi,
I am having issues with my 2008 Pontiac grand prix.
First I heard water slushing around inside the passenger side dashboard.
Now when I press the gas I get this loud sound like a whistling
sound. I have no idea what it can be? Thanks

Does the whistling get louder the faster you go?

sounds like you have air in your heater core.

Bleed the coolant system.

Sounds like you have water where the blower motor is.
