Are there Led's that change color when Blinking?

Hey guys :)

I changed the color of my front Amber Running lights/blinkers to Led Blue,

Cops finally gave me a hassle about it one day because they blink blue also.

Are there led's that are One color when solid, Yet Blink another color? (Blue/amber ) or (white/amber) ?

You can see that they are pretty bright
 
if u just want to get rid of the amber color while driving, i believe u can rewire it so it only comes on when u use the blinker
 


Yay blue! Have fun getting pulled over all the time guy! DOT clearly states Amber or Yellow is legal. Anything that resembles emergency vehicle colors will get you in-trouble!

Blue is a no-no. White is fine to display from the front, corners just have to flash amber.
