My seats don't lock! HELP!!!

I don't know if any of you have had this problem but the reclining part of my driver side and passenger side leather seats don't lock! They move freely and it can be really irritating and feels incredibly unsafe while I'm driving. Does anyone know if a spring is bad or something?

Also I have the daytona edition seats. They are pretty worn. Where can I find a NEW replacement set? Do I have to goto a dealer for them? Could I makeshift the badge into a regular set of seats?

It might be the spring, sometimes it moves out of place. If not just change out the whole handle. Try eBay, I think they have new leather for Daytona seats so you can keep your old actual seats, if not just look for the whole seat you should see a few, the dealer will charger you WAY to much so that should be your last choice. What badge are you referring to? You could easily find a normal pair of seats at a junkyard for a couple hundred bucks in decent condition.

I don't need the daytona emblems, they aren't on the seats... for some reason i thought they were. I just need the regular seats. I guess if I can't fix the problem I'll look for some.
