New cam and other mods, and now SES P0172?

A couple weeks ago my motor was uprgraded with an S1X, Gen V, N*/LQ4, 42.5# injectors, etc. The car runs great and I have had no running issues since the cam install (except a surging idle on a cold start up), and now out of no where the SES light is on for code P0172 - Fuel trim bank one is too rich... I'm assuming it is just something with my tune and the 42.5# injectors that replaced the factory ones.. However, the injectors were changed in the PCM to 42.5, so I don't understand why it would be pulling the code.. Any ideas?
 


As far as I know it was. The MAF, N*, and injectors were all updated. The random misfire code was also deleted. Maybe I am running too much injector for my mods?
