Car wants to die after overkill install..

After I installed my overkill pcm my car ran fine then three days later I started it up and it turned over fine, put it in drive and pushed the gas pedal and it bogged down and almost died... Now everything my car sits for a long period of time (6+ hours) it does the same thing. One time my car actually died and I had to put it into park and restart my car... What the hell is happening?... Did I really just waste 250 dollars on a pcm?
 




Put in your old PCM and see if the problem goes away. It will help to at least isolate the PCM as the issue.
 


Mine does the exact same thing. Switch from reverse to drive and give it has and it just about dies. Drives great other than that.
 
250 bucks for a canned tune?!?!?!? Holy crap! I think the price for my custom tuning is going up...
Unhook your battery for awhile and try again.
 


Took overkill pcm out and car ran fine. Put it back in and my gauges stop working when they want to, gas mileage plummets and it still wants to die apon first take off...
