• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

I fixed my LF door latch assembly in the junkyard parking lot so now $25 later my door can shut and i don't have to climb through the window.

Bow lol no hood slide i'd get stuck on the rust lol. The door opened fine i just couldn't get it closed lol. Had to drive the damn minivan to work today and that sucks balls.

Today, in conjunction with the UPS guy, I pissed the wife off again... 325/50 M/T Drag Radials and skinnies before lunch, and when we got home, $125 worth of Lugnuts and valvestems were on the doorstep. Looks like another Fleshlight night.

Ya'll shall whenever I throw these new strut mounts on and get a little more low as well, the mud flaps shall also get thrown on. Then I'll have some proper pics.

just some advice you might scrape alot with mudflaps if you lower it too because im on stock struts and i scrape in certain areas lol but i love mudflaps and i wanna lower my car too this summer

Started by changing the pressure line on the power steering system. Filled up the resevoir and drove it down to the house. Went to leave and realized that the speedo wasn't working. Remembered I disconected the sensor that goes in right by the pass. side axle. Got that taken care of and drove it home.

After I got home I peeled of the "GTP" sticker that was put over the high mount brake light.
Then discovered that neither of the high mount lights worked at all. Then discovered that neither of the rear sidemarkers work at all.
Went to the parts store and replaced all 4 right there in the parking lot.
Went home
Topped off the p/s resevoir again.
Trouble shooted a whiny ass noise that turned out to be the tensioner pulley. Was so loud I thought it was the p/s pump.
Took mommy's minivan back to parts store.(The guys there get a kick out of how many times they might see me in one day)
Put the pulley on and enjoyed the nice new found quitness.
Took her for a little drive to look at a Cobra.
After getting back I swapped a stock radio back in.
Wired up the auto dim/compass mirror.
And finally cleaned out the center console.

late night got my amp in, and subs. this is a must for me. i just hate the fact i have stock nav and all the hassels of the monsoon, oh well couple loc's and im good. o yeah im running 2 re audio se-12 d4 on a re audio dts1500.1 and let me tell you im impressed.

Mounted the Fronts, the rears have to wait until tomorrow.

As for me I removed the rest of the Onstar antenna on the inside of the car so now it looks like nothing was ever there. So sexy without the antenna :-D If anybody is wondering it's just like removing badges, you use a hair dryer and some goo-gone.
