• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I am now an indited suspect.

For those of you that read my entries under "What did you do to your car today" my daughter threw me under the bus. Her and her boy friend had a warrant taken out for my arrest. They claim I threatened him. First time in my life I've been handcuffed and had mug shots, and I'm 66. Police and judge were very nice and I'm out on unsecured bond.

Damn, youre 66?
lol. I feel sorry for ya though, I dont know what went down. But i still feel sorry for ya.

sorry to hear about that man, i hate to hear that your daughter would do something like that to you i hope everything works out for you

I'm charged with a threat not a violent act. BTW the boys name is Cody

Is it bad that some part of my mind read that as; "I'm already charged with a threat, so I'm not adding violence onto that. But BTW here's the boys name, address and personal info. Hint hint."

You'll notice the previous quote was a reply to codyAK.

man as sad as this is to say, sometimes you just cant help those who dont want help.

theres a good chance this loser wont show for court. and that would be perfect. we all know how the prosecutors feel about their victims not showing up. good old loss of credibility.

good luck. thats some major BS.

I would make this kids life hell. Legally of course. Sue for court costs, lawyer, etc etc.

How old is your daughter btw? Is she still in your "control" or out of the house?

What do you mean "They had a warrant taken out for my arrest"?

They must have had some sort of evidence to back up what they were claiming, such as a voice mail. e-mail, ect ect....Unless you have some crooked cops in your area and they are personal friends with your daughter and her boyfriend.

Still sounds a little weak to me. I would get a lawyer and counter sue for sure. Then I would take them to civil court and sue for the max amount there.

They have the boy and my daughter telling similar stories. I'll start calling lawyers at 9:00 this morning. I think they'll show up, won't miss a chance to screw me
