Best Ways to add power to GTP

I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. I'm looking for best ways to add horsepower torque everything. Cheaper the better but would like to know all options. Ive heard bout changing pulleys on the supercharger and stuff but would like more info.

Car has CAI and Aftermarket Air Filter

Yeah you want the most power per dollar go turbo. Otherwise headers pulley tune be about $400-$450.

Best thing you can SERIOUSLY do...

Take care of the weak spots...

The Lower Mounts, Exhaust, and the Transmission.

Flip the upper dog bone mounts for free, get solid rubber motor/transmission mounts, Headers..shift kit...pan drop...new filter/fluid; not a flush though.

Since you already have an intake setup...I'd do a tune-up if you haven't...plugs/wires/oil/coolant flush/180* T-stat/PCV/fuel filter...check axles/hubs/brakes...etc.

Then after all that...a PCM tune and a pulley drop...that should be good for a solid 40~ WHP over stock.
