I wired my lights in my Spyder halo headlights so the low and high beams are on at the same time when I turn on my high beams, score
 


Took out the hud trim once again since I'll be swapping boards once again. I must be getting good at it, no more sliced fingers this time and I only lost 3 clips in which 2 were found. And I've learned my lesson times before and have already snatched a ton of clips to keep just in case. So all good :)
Chuck (Rico) is 100% legit. If you buy/sell anything to/from him it is a smart move :) Wish we had itrader still.

Oh and I drove it to redbox. yep.
 


Ok... so I finally got to open her up a bit, now the rain has gone away. Got off the train, drove to my daughters LaCrosse game, awesome game by the way, she scored the game winner, 3 mins left on clock, woo hoo... :D

Anyways, I live where twisty turny roads and quick tight hills are common. So... I got her going to test out my new axle and those KYB GR2 strut assembly's I put in, along with a slightly aggressive alignment (-.8* camber) and of course let's not forget those Portenza RE970AS's I put where the car meets the road...

All I gotta say is HOLY COW!!! what a diff...

I couldn't get her to break free, not even a little squeal thru pretty serious turns, 60+! Just for the record, although I LOVE my leather interior, it sucks for slalom driving, hahaha... my BUTT was sliding all over the place, but the car wasn't.

I'm truly very happy with all the components I selected and got just the ride I wanted. TIGHT... Real TIGHT! I'll try to rig something up and get some vid (maybe), lolz.
 
Delivered papers in the morning, parked it. Drove my son to a doctor's appointment that they had no record of me making. Stopped at Tires Plus to find out the price of new struts. Yikes.
 


Had a nice drive from FT. Polk to FT. Hood. I was in Woodville (east Texas) and a COP pulled to the shoulder to let me pass. I guess he recognized the supreme awesomeness of my GTP...........J/k he moved over cause the posted speed was 70mph and he was doing 65 when I cruised up. Oh and I got my elm BT adapter and Torque App. Now if I could get the adapter to link to my phone which I almost threw against the wall. Guess I gotta do research on how to get this app going.

Oh the COP was the only vehicle to get out of my way along the 6hr trip, everyone else I would just pass them. I tried to get a 4th gen Z28 to take the bait, but instead he just let me pass. I was hoping to have a little fun on those open back roads through TX. Oh and this Torque app is kicking my arse.
