So I might as well start my own thread I love reading others and learning and maybe this will help me learn and grow some more.

To start, this thread is for my 2Dr 97 Black GTP. I bought her a year ago to make into a fun project car to test out my moding skills and learn more about working on these cars. Basically its my test/ Frankenstein car since when I bought it, it was in a accident a minor rear end that forced her to be sold at an insurance auction. Got a decent deal and started fixing the initial problems with the body. Unfortunately never took the before pics (just wasnt thinking) but here goes. As alwasy thanks for the help guys!

I have had two other GTPs 2Drs but they were both 5th Gens and I also have a 01 Black GTP 4Dr that I keep completely stock

Lots more to come, I got headers and cat back from ZZP on standby, gonna drop her a bit, I want to polish some parts like the blower want to look into what kind of upgrade I can get and slowly put some work into the new blower. Id like to drop pulley at least one size to make use of the few mods im gonna do and then get a tune from Will and call it good... will see!

looks good man, i like those rims, normally i dont like rims that big BUT it looks pretty tight, as for polishing goes, polished alt and blower would look pretty sexy, and if u wanna do a bit more i would do er rockers or high ratio rockers and throw a hv3 on after the headers and catback THEN tune it, u should be pretty good

What is a HV3? Im assuming its something to do with the exhaust?

This car is still my daily and im trying to keep the mods within reason as far as reliability and gas mileage so if it falls in line with that im game!

So in order to intall that I gotta take the blower off right? In which case I probably will cause I want a polished GenV and might as well do that too right!

yea, but hv3 doesnt work all that well without rockers or a cam, but it should work pretty good with headers not really sure how well tho, but either way the spacer will be good for ur car, it will breathe ALOT better

Nice progress man! I was debating those wheels myself. What lowering springs were you thinking about going with?
