• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

ZZP headers

They dynoed a set and gained 10hp or more over pacesetters. Zoomer didn't even believe it until Matt explained how many pulls he did before that and no changes other than the new headers to get that.

I thought they were supposed to be out a few weeks ago though... Pretty sure if you called and asked Zoom for a set he'd have one for ya though.

Anyone taken a look at these yet? :th_scratchhead:

ZZ Performance

hell yeah i've seen these. I just looked the other week to see if they were out yet and they werent. I will be getting these instead of the togs for sure (still in the process of reading about them.

Hell yeah im so happy now lol

Man after reading, these really look like there good quality. This literally made my day. I had first seen where they were going to be making these and all they had was a picture of the header flanges. Shoot that was probably about a half a year ago when i first saw these. does anyone know if anyone has installed these? besides zzp. I wouldnt say I was the first one to buy the zzp TB but i wasent far down the list. and im happy with the results on that for sure. so hope fully it will be the same quality.

I'm extremely impressed with the looks of the welds. I personally wouldn't pay that much for headers, but it's about time someone offered headers of this quality for those who want them. They are a work of art. :D

Looks ike there about as much as togs after you get the downpipe. And yes the welds on there p-log are very nice. So im sure these will follow

I have new style TOG's, but I must admit these look very good. I likely would have gone for these over the TOG's had they been available. My TOG's still look like they did a year and a half ago, but for crossover alone I like these.

Not to be a dick but, did anyone notice where the O2 sensor is located? Reading one bank, WTF?

oooooooo....... and did anyone notice where the front and rear header connects? says it bolts up but i dont see it. is it a one peice front and back with the crossover?

It is a slip fit with a clamp hidden under where the TB is, you can slightly see it when you are looking for it, it took me a minute to find it too

Im slightly ticked about the stepped clamp and slip fit connection idea. Why not just put a Ball and socket type connection and be done with it? It's damn near leak proof. Well i still cant find where the 02 bung is at. I dont see it in the Collector. Anybody see it? I may be able to deal with the slip fit....but if there is an o2 sensor only in one bank they can have those things

The O2 sensor is in the crossover closer to the rear header. IIRC the S&S headers are like that. I understand why some may fear this idea, but I'm ok with that setup. The only way this wouldn't work well is if the 2-4-6 half of your engine was hosed. Remember we are talking a NB sensor operation.

Please discuss further.
