The way my lungs and heart are way behind the rest of my body on these high-intensity workouts makes me think I was headed for a heart attack at 35. Glad I stopped just wandering around the gym doing 3 sets at a time. I haven't weighed in in a bit, but I doubt I'm losing weight or gaining... I'm clearly getting bigger, though my waist got smaller. And I'm eating more, though not a whole lot more. More salads, more nuts, more meat.
